Most leaders believe themselves to be self-aware. According to HBR and my vast experience, only about 10% are. Exploring the challenges many of us face in setting boundaries, standing up for ourselves, and asserting our true worth in various aspects of life is normal, especially in the business world, will be revelatory work, as will be the understanding of the blindspots we have built, behaviorally, from the place of sub-optimal worth.
